By accessing or using AdUnifyr ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use AdUnifyr.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and AdUnifyr. By creating an account, connecting an ad platform, or using any feature of AdUnifyr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AdUnifyr is a unified advertising management platform that allows users to connect, monitor, and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X (Twitter).

Key Features Include:

AdUnifyr is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not manage or run your advertising campaigns on your behalf unless you explicitly request managed services. All campaign decisions, budget allocation, and creative choices remain entirely your responsibility.

To use AdUnifyr, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

Account Requirements:

Organization Accounts:

If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of that organization and bind it to these Terms.

Account Roles:

AdUnifyr supports multiple user roles within an organization (Owner, Manager, Analyst, Finance). Each role has specific permissions. Account owners are responsible for managing team member access and permissions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

AdUnifyr connects to third-party advertising platforms through official OAuth authorization flows. By connecting a platform, you agree to the following:

Disconnection:

You can disconnect any platform at any time through your account settings. Upon disconnection, we will stop syncing data from that platform and delete the associated access tokens.

You agree to use AdUnifyr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Price Changes:

We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase. Continued use of the platform after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until the end of the paid period.

AdUnifyr's Property:

The AdUnifyr platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and content, is owned by AdUnifyr and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written permission.

Your Data:

You retain full ownership of your advertising data, campaign performance data, and any content you upload to AdUnifyr. You grant AdUnifyr a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the platform's services to you.

Feedback:

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about AdUnifyr, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Trademarks:

"AdUnifyr" and our logo are trademarks of AdUnifyr. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

Your use of AdUnifyr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using AdUnifyr, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability:

AdUnifyr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it.

Data Accuracy:

AdUnifyr displays data received from third-party advertising platforms. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that data displayed is always current, complete, or error-free. Discrepancies between AdUnifyr and native platform dashboards may occur due to data processing delays.

Not Financial Advice:

AI insights, budget recommendations, and performance analysis provided by AdUnifyr are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or advertising advice. All advertising decisions are yours to make.

Third-Party Services:

AdUnifyr integrates with third-party services and platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those services.

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADUNIFYR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ADUNIFYR IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination by You:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@adunifyr.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end at the conclusion of your current billing period.

Termination by AdUnifyr:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

Effect of Termination:

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination, except where retention is required by law.

Survival:

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Your continued use of AdUnifyr after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform.

For minor changes (typo corrections, clarifications that don't affect your rights), we may update the Terms without individual notice but will always update the Last Updated date.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution:

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at hello@adunifyr.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will respond within 15 business days.

Arbitration:

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will be conducted in English. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

Exceptions:

Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information pending arbitration.

Time Limit:

Any claim arising from these Terms must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.
